I had a pleasant stay at Zoom in Brussels. The location couldn't be better. it's close to great shopping and local attractions. The staff here were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, just what I needed to relax. However, the air conditioning could use a remote control for better comfort, especially during the hot days. The noise from the adjacent cocktail bar was disruptive, and I could smell smoke in my room until late at night. Breakfast options were nice, but more variety would have been great. Overall, I think with a few tweaks, this hotel could be a fantastic choice.

The hotel's photography decor captured my heart, providing an artistic touch that made the space feel warm and inviting. It’s great for seniors too, with easy access to all amenities and a calm atmosphere.
Improve bathroom ventilation during warm seasons.

The room offered a great size and was well decorated, making it comfortable for our family with children. The quiet neighborhood felt safe, ideal for walking around, and we appreciated the nearby parking options. However, the creaking floorboards in the room were distracting, as they made it difficult to move around without disturbing others, and there were moments of noise from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, especially the salmon, adding a delightful touch to our mornings.

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights with comfy bedding and a clean, spacious room that made me feel right at home. The rooftop terrace and cozy lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The slight noise from the hallway was no big deal, just bring a pair of earplugs for a quieter night! 😊

The artistic interior design stands out with unique photography decor, creating an engaging atmosphere. The convenient location provides easy access to major attractions, while the bar features a solid selection of local Belgian beers, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Creaky floorboards throughout the hotel can make moving around feel uncomfortable, with every step echoing in the quiet rooms. The lighting is oddly dim, which can be a challenge for tasks like reading or getting ready. Despite the heat outside, the absence of effective cooling options left the attic room uncomfortably warm, while the window placement made ventilation tricky. It's worth noting the dated feel of certain areas, such as the uneven stairways and older bathroom fixtures, which could use some upgrades.
